New Members

So we need to keep a memberlist if we do register in any way... this raises the question of how one becomes a member? I believe there should not be a membership fee, and that possibly when someone joins the forum they accept membership into the project? Does one have to request it? Do we require a postal address for safety? For me membership is defined as someone who is interested in what we do and may support or work with us. They are sent newsletters and appeals and these people have a say in the forums. A member is the first step to becoming an Activist.
