In order to accomplish a task we need to first understand what it is we are trying to do. Let's take cleaning a window for example. I need to know about the type of window I'm cleaning and if the glass needs special care. I need to know what type of cleaner to use on it in a particular circumstance (salt or grease). I need to know something about the application and removal of the water and to take care of the surrounds.
Next i need to know what tools to use. Cloth or sponge, newspaper or squidgy.
And then I need to know how to use them effectively. does moving a squidgy up and down get a streak free shine?
