Gifts ('finance')

So, if a member of the public would like to help us there are several ways that do not involve money, and the preferred method is to recycle or spend time teaching skills. Where a cash donation is offered or needed there needs to be a level of transparency to the process so that we five people confidence in the organization.

It is envisaged that all gifts will be recorded and tracked, with a part of the website that a giftor can check what their gift has been up to. This requires a system which is yet not available. Each person who has taken the responsibility of receiving gifts will have to be taught how to update the system and the importance of this.

For personal gifts that a member has made, there will be a ?50%? split with half going back into the AG, WG or organization.

?Bank? accounts will be needed for security with transfer and global access. This group is responsible for ensuring the recording and distribution of funds, and the underlying systems and procedures only, it does not dictate how the money is used.
